Free transfers for Rainpay businesses
Rainpay currently adds no transfer service fee to bank payouts made from the business workspace. Personal bank-transfer pricing is different.
Business workspace bank payouts
- The business workspace bank payout currently debits the amount sent, with no extra Rainpay transfer service fee.
- The business must be approved and active. Only authorised owner, admin or finance members may send, within account and daily limits.
Personal and business wallet moves
- Authorised members can fund their business treasury from their personal Rainpay wallet or withdraw from an accessible business wallet to their personal wallet without an added transfer service fee.
- Business balances remain separate from personal balances. Membership, PIN checks and spending limits still apply.
What this does not cover
- This describes the business workspace payout, not every payment method or developer integration. Check the quoted charge for your chosen payment.
- Personal external bank transfers normally cost ₦107.50 including VAT. Funding, collections, card and international payment charges are separate.
Questions people ask
Is a personal transfer free because I also own a business?
No. A transfer from your personal wallet to an external Nigerian bank follows personal pricing. The business workspace payout is a separate flow.
